FROM SPACES TO PLACES: Urban regeneration scenarios in London’s Lower Lea Valley with the “Space Syntax” method

The project was developed by some components of Urban LIFE before the establishment of the company. It is presented on these pages as a significant activity, tackled according to the founding principles of Urban LIFE.

The project proposes a systemic approach for the regeneration of the urban space of the ex-industrial river valley of Lea Valley in London, United Kingdom, using the masterplanning techniques to coordinate the reuse of different abandoned urban areas with a perspective of regeneration in a multi and trans-scalar.
